Day 5 of 75 hard challenge ✨🌿
Today was really good!!
I skipped yesterday because of period pains. Today I got period hearing pads from Walgreens and oh my word they actually work. I felt so much better today because of it. So here’s all I did:
🌸 went to the gym in the morning and did more reps than usual on my arms (I do weight lifting almost every day)
🌸 batch-made content for a month ahead for my small business
… and that’s pretty much it? That’s so dumb because I locked in for five hours and all I did was batch-making content for September. Like shouldn’t 5 hours be enough for more than just that? Maybe I’m slow lol
Anyways today is a new day and I will try to do a lot more today than I could do tomorrow. I will also think of the goals for this new week
The 75 Hard Challenge is a mental and physical toughness program created to instill discipline and consistency over 75 days. It typically involves daily workouts, strict diet adherence, hydration goals, reading, and progress photography. Day 5, as reflected in this journal, highlights important aspects such as overcoming common setbacks like period pain and finding practical solutions that help maintain the challenge momentum, such as using period heating pads from Walgreens for relief. Batch content creation, as mentioned, is a productivity technique where you prepare multiple pieces of content in one session to save time later. This approach is especially beneficial for small business owners aiming for consistent marketing efforts without daily stress. Spending five hours preparing content for an entire month demonstrates commitment and strategic planning, which aligns with the discipline the 75 Hard Challenge promotes. Weightlifting and increasing reps enhance physical strength and endurance, contributing to challenge goals and overall health. Paying attention to gradual improvements in physical workouts is important for motivation and progress tracking. Additionally, setting weekly goals after experiencing a challenging day is a crucial mindset shift that supports long-term success. The combination of self-care, consistent exercise, business planning, and goal setting illustrates an integrated approach to personal growth endorsed by the 75 Hard Challenge framework. For those undertaking similar challenges, incorporating recovery strategies such as proper pain management and realistic daily planning can improve adherence and reduce burnout. The experience shared here underscores the value of listening to your body while maintaining focus on objectives, a balance critical to completing demanding programs like the 75 Hard Challenge.
