Chicken and Gnocchi Casserole

Cheesy Crack Chicken & Gnocchi Casserole.

Dice up and cook a chicken breast and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Add in a diced onion. Add one can of cream of chicken soup, 5 oz cream cheese, 8 oz velveeta, frozen peas and carrots, bacon bits, a little bit of heavy cream and one package of gnocchi.

Pour into a casserole dish and top with panko Italian bread crumbs. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes and enjoy!
