Easy Oven-Baked Ribs

The weather outside may be cold but you can always bring the summer indoors with this recipe.

🐷Ingredients

Pork ribs

Your favorite seasoning (Lowry’s for us)

Your favorite BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Ray’s)

Canned BBQ beans

Corn on the cob

Foil

Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees.

Remove the membrane from the back bone.

Season

Cover with foil. Poke a few holes in the foil.

Place on a rack and the rack into a pan.

Cook the ribs 2-3 hours. Internal temp should be 190 degrees.

Open foil, baste the ribs with the sauce. Remove after 10-15 minutes. I like to baste again. Turn off oven and let it sit there.

Prepare corn and beans.

One more baste.

Cut up ribs and serve with sides.😋
