Recipe: ⬇️
Ingredients:
•Cooking spray
•6-7 graham crackers
•1 (18.3-oz.) box brownie mix, plus ingredients called for on box
•3 (1.55-oz.) Hershey bars, chopped (about 1 c.)
•1 (12-oz.) bag marshmallows
Directions
Step 1.
Preheat your oven to 350°, spray a 9" x 9" baking pan with cooking spray. Layer the bottom of the pan with graham crackers (You may need to trim some crackers to fit the bottom in an even layer)
Step 2.
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Fold chopped Hershey’s bars into the brownie batter. Pour batter over crackers and spread into an even layer.
Step 3
Bake brownies as directed on packaging or until a toothpick comes out clean ( About 30 to 35 minutes)
Step 4
Remove the baking pan from oven and turn your broiler onto high. Arrange marshmallows in an even layer on top of the freshly baked brownies.
Step 5
Put the marshmallow covered brownies back into the oven on broil and watch closely as the marshmallows will go from golden brown to burnt quickly. Remove the pan as soon as marshmallows turn golden brown. It should take about 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 6
Let them cool for at least 15 minutes or let cool completely then using a knife sprayed with cooking spray, slice brownie into pieces and enjoy!

S’mores brownies combine the best elements of two beloved desserts: brownies and the classic s’mores treat. These delightful bars start with a foundation of buttery, crunchy graham crackers that lay the groundwork for a thick, fudgy brownie layer. By incorporating chopped Hershey's bars directly into the batter, you achieve molten chocolate pockets that elevate the experience, ensuring each bite is a chocolate lover’s dream. As you bake these gooey treats, the crowning glory comes in the form of toasted marshmallows. Broiling the marshmallows at the end adds a crispy, caramelized layer that complements the soft, chewy brownie base, creating that perfect contrast of textures. The key to these brownies is to watch the marshmallows closely while they’re under the broiler, as they can quickly go from beautifully browned to burnt. These S’mores brownies are not only delicious but also a fun treat to make for gatherings, barbecues, or as a special family dessert. Serve them warm or at room temperature, and consider pairing them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an added indulgence.
