Most of our time is spent by default. Infinity pools are powerful because they can become our default. In a previous post, we discussed about the concept of infinity pools.

Infinity pools aren't inherently bad, in fact they also have a lot of benefits. It becomes a problem when we let ourselves lose control. This book teaches us how to regain our time, energy, and focus. Are you really busy or just distracted?
