Forget the microwave for a moment – for the best texture, I always recommend reheating individual slices in the oven or an air fryer. Preheat your oven to about 350°F (175°C), cover the lasagna loosely with foil to prevent drying, and bake for 20-30 minutes until heated through. An air fryer at 325°F (160°C) for 10-15 minutes also works wonders, giving you those crispy edges again. Trust me, it makes a huge difference! But why stop at just reheating? This is where the real fun begins! I love transforming my leftover lasagna into entirely new dishes. One of my absolute favorites is a Lasagna Sandwich or Panini.
