Back at it after taking a lil break, feels great to get back to running!

2/26 Edited to

... Read moreTaking a break from running can be both a physical and mental challenge, but getting back into the rhythm often brings a renewed sense of energy and motivation. From my recent experience, the key is to start slow and set achievable goals to rebuild endurance without risking injury. For example, exploring nearby running routes such as Heritage Park, which offers scenic views and well-maintained paths, makes the comeback journey enjoyable and less monotonous. Planning your runs around familiar landmarks like Aquatic Complex or various trails around Heritage Park helps maintain motivation as you track your progress. Incorporating distance markers and keeping an eye on metrics such as pace and time can provide tangible goals to reach each week. On days when energy feels low, switching up routes—for instance, trying different streets like Poley Dr or Jolla Dr—adds variety and keeps the experience refreshing. Lastly, it's important to listen to your body. After a break, muscles and joints might feel different, so warming up thoroughly and including flexibility exercises can prevent setbacks. Sharing my running journey has reminded me that the small victories, such as completing a 3-mile run or improving pace, are worth celebrating. Getting back into running isn’t just about physical health; it’s about reclaiming a sense of well-being and connection with your surroundings.

THE AFTER STEPS OF LASH EXTENSIONS!!
I have gotten eyelash extensions for a very long time now. One day, I decided to pull them all out, highly do not recommend doing that. I had absolutely no lashes left, and besides that, they were very thin, the ones I did have left, (pictured in first photo). I’ve felt very insecure without my eye
