Brie & Pear Puff Cups (One for Me, One for Him 🐾)
These are super easy but feel fancy in the best way.
Flaky puff pastry, melty Brie, sweet pear, and a light dusting of powdered sugar. Cozy, simple, and obviously… shared.
INGREDIENTS
• Puff pastry, thawed
• Brie cheese
• Mozzarella cheese
• Pear, thinly sliced
• Powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Cut puff pastry into squares and press into a greased muffin tin.
3. Add a little mozzarella, a piece of Brie, and a few pear slices.
4. Bake 15–18 minutes until puffed and golden.
5. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
