Brie Pear Fig Crostini 🤎

1 demi baguette, sliced

2 t EVOO

1/2 c fig jam

1/2 lb brie, sliced

1 pear, halved and sliced

2 t honey

1/4 c chopped walnuts

1. Preheat oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the baguette slices onto the parchment and drizzle with EVOO. Toast until slightly browned, about 7-10 minutes.

2. Remove from the oven and spread a small spoonful of jam onto each crostini. Top with a piece of brie, then a slice of pear.

3. Drizzle honey over the crostinis and sprinkle walnuts on top.

4. Serve immediately.
