COZY BEEF CHILI (QUICK RECIPE)

Ingredients:

Olive oil

1–1¼ lb ground beef

1 onion, diced

7 cloves garlic, minced

4 tbsp chili powder

3 tsp cumin

2 tsp smoked paprika

1–1½ tsp chili flakes

1 packet sazón

Salt + pepper

28 oz crushed tomatoes

15 oz tomato sauce

1–1½ cups beef broth

2 cans beans, drained

1 tbsp Worcestershire

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp honey

¼ cup coffee (optional)

1–2 tsp apple cider vinegar or lime

Directions:

Sauté onion in olive oil until soft. Add garlic.

Brown beef deeply, season with salt and pepper.

Bloom spices + sazón in the meat 30–60 seconds.

Add tomatoes, sauce, broth, and coffee. Simmer.

Stir in Worcestershire, soy, honey, then beans.

Simmer uncovered 30–45 min.

Finish with vinegar or lime to taste.
