1 cup yellow cornmeal

1 cup all purpose flour

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

2 eggs

1 cup milk

1 3 cup melted butter or oil

Mix dry.

Whisk wet.

Combine just until smooth.

Pour into dish.

Drizzle honey on top before baking 🍯

Bake at 400°F for 18 to 22 minutes until golden.
