New England Berry Chantilly Cake🍓🫐🦞
Made this cake for our friends pool party on the 4th of July and it was a hit! Super light and delicious, perfect for a summer party anytime.
The whipped Chantilly cream frosting:
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 8oz mascarpone
• 2/3 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract)
- Add cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla into an electric mixing bowl and whip until stiff peaks have formed. Then add mascarpone and mix on low until fully incorporated, just be careful not to over whip.
