I’ll never give up my cereal 🥣

Some nights I’ll eat like Gwyneth Paltrow, and other nights I just need a bowl of something sweet and easy ❤️

idk if anything beats frosted flakes with chocolate milk …. 🍫 this is the one cereal that I grew up eating every other night. I didn’t have any chocolate syrup this time, so we added a few fun things to the bowl to make it more filling.

pour some Frosted Flakes into your favorite bowl, then just add in some frozen berries + cinnamon (antioxidants), mixed nuts & seeds (omega 3’s), yogurt + almond milk (calcium, protein), with nut butter spread on the bottom of the bowl (healthy fats, mostly yum) 😋 *

you can even mix protein powder into your yogurt to boost the protein.
