Matcha vs Coffee: which do you prefer?
Matcha and Coffee both have amazing health benefits! Both are packed with antioxidants, boosts metabolism and give you the pep you need to get through the day. Both are a great low calorie option when drank alone or with low calorie mix-ins. My go-to as of recently is matcha with light vanilla syrup and oat milk.
