When I started this 30-day challenge, I told myself this time would be different.

No crash dieting.

No quitting after week 2.

No “I’ll start over Monday.”

Just consistency.

What Changed This Time?

✨ I stopped eating emotionally and started eating intentionally.

✨ I focused on my plan to stabilize my blood sugar during cravings (which don’t last).

✨ I moved my body even on days I didn’t feel like it.(DO IT TIRED!!!!)

✨ I stayed disciplined, motivation helps you make the choice but discipline allows you do it no matter what’s in your way!

Motivation fades. Discipline doesn’t.

I saw no dramatic changes and second guessed everything many times..

The Real Win Isn’t Just 16.4 lbs…

It’s:

• Better energy

• Less bloating

• More confidence

• Stronger mindset

• Showing up for myself

This wasn’t just physical. It was mental growth.

And I’m Not Done 👀

I’m rolling straight into 75 Soft — I have 44 days left.

That means:

✔️ Water goals

✔️ Reading

✔️ Structured eating

✔️ No excuses

This is no longer a “challenge.”

It’s becoming my lifestyle.
