Adding cardio twice daily helped speed up calorie burn and elevated my energy levels throughout the day. I focused on varying my routines to avoid plateaus—combining steady-state cardio with high-intensity interval training. Weight training six days a week not only helped me shed fat but also sculpt muscle, which improved my overall physique and strength. I made sure to prioritize recovery by stretching and getting quality sleep to support muscle repair. Nutrition played an important role; I maintained a balanced diet rich in lean proteins, veggies, and whole grains while staying hydrated. Tracking progress weekly kept me accountable and motivated. If you’re aiming for similar results, consistency is key. Start with achievable workout sessions and gradually increase intensity. Listen to your body, and remember that both cardio and strength training together can boost fat loss effectively. Sharing my experience in hopes it encourages others on their fitness journey!
