How I ditched my double chin 👇🏼

I used to pick apart every photo I was in.

No matter how healthy I was eating or how hard I was working out, I still had inflammation in my face, constant bloat, and weight that wouldn’t budge.

What I didn’t know?

👉🏼 Chronic stress was keeping my cortisol high—and high cortisol makes fat cling to your face, belly, and midsection.

It wrecks your hormones, metabolism, and energy—without you even realizing it.

Once I started supporting my cortisol and hormones instead of punishing my body, everything changed.

Here’s what I did:

✔️ Swapped my coffee for a cortisol-balancing drink

✔️ Started my mornings with protein + minerals

✔️ Focused on gentle movement instead of overtraining

✔️ Prioritized sleep + reduced screen time in the AM

✔️ Supported my nervous system DAILY

I’m now down 15 pounds, multiple jean sizes, my face slimmed out, my energy is finally steady, and I feel like myself again.

No meds, no insane workouts, no cutting carbs.

It wasn’t a magic fix—it was learning how to work with my body instead of fighting it.
