– Being so bloated you look 6 months pregnant after lunch

– Losing clumps of hair in the shower

– Snapping at people you love over nothing

– Waking up drenched in sweat at 2am

– Doing “everything right” and STILL gaining weight

For years, I thought it was me. I thought I needed to push harder.

But the truth? My body wasn’t failing me. My cortisol was dysregulated.

And once I supported it? Everything changed.

The weight finally moved.

The sleep finally came.

The energy + peace finally returned.
