Crunchy Sesame Chicken

So quick and easy !

• 3 good size chicken breast cut up into cubes.

• 1 cup of cornstarch

• 1 teaspoon salt

• 1 cup flour

• 1 teaspoon black pepper

• Oil for shallow frying

🍋Sesame Sauce

• 1/4 cup soy sauce

• 1/4 cup honey

• 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

• 1 tablespoon sesame oil

• 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons cold water and stir to slurry (double sauce if it’s not enough to your likings)

1. Mix your cornstarch, flour, salt and pepper together

2. Add your cubed chicken to mix and coat thoroughly

3. Once your oil is hot medium/high heat, add your chicken but don’t overcrowd the pan. (Tip: add two toothpicks to the oil. It will keep it from burning)

4. Cook chicken 3-4 min on both sides or until it turns golden brown and then remove and set on tray to rest

5. To make your sauce add everything but the slurry together. Bring it to a boil and then add slurry and turn heat down.

6. Add your chicken right into the sauce and stir to coat.

7. Add your sesame seeds and enjoy !! 😊
