Homemade Beefaroni
Ok y’all this is WAY too easy! This is DELICIOUS homemade Beefaroni.
2 lb. Ground beef
2 tsp. Tomato paste
2-24 oz cans of pasta sauce
1- 16 oz. Box of Ziti
4 cups Beef Broth
1 cup Heavy Cream
Start off by cooking and draining 2 lbs of ground beef. Add seasonings to your liking. I used onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and Italian.
Next add 2 tsp. Of tomato paste and mix in and let cook for a couple minutes.
Then, add your pasta sauce, ziti and beef broth. Mix it all together and bring to a boil.
Cover and turn it down to a simmer. Let it cook for 12-15 min.
Next, add 1. Cup of heavy cream. Stir and allow to cook uncovered another 10 min.
