Silky Homemade Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

• 3.5 cups whole milk

• 1.5 cup heavy cream

• 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate

• 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

• 1/4 cup sugar

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• Pinch of salt

• you preferred toppings

Instructions:

1. Add milk and heavy cream to a pot over medium heat. Warm, don’t boil.

2. Whisk in cocoa powder, sugar, and salt until smooth.

3. Stir in chocolate until melted and creamy.
