What I eat in a day for fat loss

Some days I open the fridge and look at my meal prep and close the fridge door and order food lmaoo. I’m a foodie so sometimes I just want something completely different that day. Even on those days I make sure to make good choices that won’t knock me off track.

As you can see I had French toast for breakfast, subway for lunch and then wings for dinner lol I really wasn’t in a cooking mood. My kids love days like this because they get to eat whatever they want.

Eating healthy doesn’t mean you have to be so strict on yourself, eat what you want just make good choices 🤷🏽‍♀️
