What I eat in a day for fat loss - high protein

It’s been a min since I did one of these, but I’ll get more consistent with it because I know how helpful they are.

When I first started my weightloss journey, figuring out what/how to eat was my biggest problem. I had such a bad relationship with food and always chose whatever was convenient (even if it wasn’t healthy).

Once I learned what I needed to eat vs what I needed to let go of, and started cooking my food at home instead of eating out, that’s when I started seeing big results.

As I always say eating healthier doesn’t mean eating nasty/bland food or eating salads everyday. Focus on more Whole Foods (protein and veggies) and clean up those bad eating habits.

Dinner usually consists of diced chicken paired with peppers, salsa, and guacamole for a flavorful end to my day. As for snacks, I indulge in vanilla Yasso chocolate crunch bars—these are delicious, guilt-free treats that satisfy my sweet tooth while maintaining my dietary goals. Learning to love and prepare these kinds of meals has been transformative, proving that healthy eating can be enjoyable and fulfilling!
