1. huge first meal!! the first meal of your day should be one of the biggest😊 one full of proteins and fibers changes your cravings & appetite for the ENTIRE day! what has helped me a TON is intermittent fasting. i stop eating around 7/8 and eat again around 11 or 12. this has helped me so much with my diet & i always make sure my first meal is PACKED with proteins and fibers to end the fast & start my day off right! i use @Litely to track everything and it is WONDERFULLL. i highly recommend. tracks water, fasting, weight, diet, etc! and you can get it for free (;
2. fiber rich foods, fiber is so great at filling you up and keeping you satisfied. my fave is fruit, it is a literal godsend and is such a good and healthy sweet treat
3. drink your water!! girl.. this is essential for weightloss and fatloss. it helps cravings, cortisol levels, metabolism, digestion, EVERYTHING!! aim for 64 ounces minimum
4. move move move!! consistency over intensity always. i personally lost so much weight going on 30+ minute walks daily and doing yoga or pilates
5. sleep more baby!! this is another essential for fatloss and health in general. it is so important for your body, your metabolism, cravings, stress levels and mood, recovery… i could go on and on! get your sleep angels😊
