75 Day Challenge Tips ✨

So I started the 75 day challenge towards the end of January but then I fell off around day 40. Life just kept happening and me skipping one day turned into three or four days. I was only working out every other day and before I knew it I have been so far off track for the past 10 days.

So I decided to restart the challenge and better prepare myself so that I can finish it all the way through to the end. Life is going to happen, but we have to prepare and take the steps to be able to still push through and get shit done. We can’t let our excuses continue to hinder us from reaching our goals.
