Beef Nachos for Dinner: A Delicious and Easy Recipe

Pico de Gallo:

1. Dice and seed 3 tomatoes.

2. Dice 1 red onion.

3. Finely dice 1 large jalapeno (include seeds and ribs).

4. Chop cilantro.

5. Combine all ingredients, add salt and 1 tsp olive oil, and stir.

Guacamole:

1. Mash 4 large avocados.

2. Add juice from 3 limes.

3. Add a generous amount of salt, some chopped cilantro, and 2 finely chopped garlic cloves.

4. Stir and mash to desired consistency.

Beef Nachos:

1. Brown 1.5 lbs ground beef, season with salt, pepper, ground chipotle, chili pepper, cholula hot sauce, garlic powder, and a little soy sauce. Set aside.

2. Heat 2 cans of refried beans.

3. Preheat oven to 375°F.

4. Layer tortilla chips in a baking dish.

5. Add layers: cheese, cholula, beans, beef, and more cheese.

6. Bake for 15 minutes until cheese browns.
