2- week progress check 💅🏽👏👏

... Read moreTracking nail growth over two weeks using BIAB (Builder In A Bottle) and gel nails has been a rewarding experience. BIAB nails are known for their strength and flexibility, which helps prevent breakage and allows natural nail growth underneath. Throughout my journey, I noticed that consistent nail care, including moisturizing cuticles and avoiding harsh chemicals, contributed greatly to maintaining the nails' health. One tip I found helpful was to avoid excessive filing and to use gentle nail files to shape the nails without causing stress on the nail plate. Also, wearing gloves when doing household chores protected my nails from water damage and helped the gel polish last longer. By the two-week mark, my nails showed visible growth at the base and remained glossy without chipping, confirming BIAB and gel technologies provide durable, long-lasting manicures. Staying hydrated and maintaining a balanced diet rich in biotin supported stronger nail growth as well. For anyone starting their nail growth journey, I recommend documenting progress with photos every few days to notice small improvements and stay motivated. Overall, patience and consistent care are key to achieving strong, beautiful nails with BIAB and gel applications.
