Delicious Veggie Sausage Pasta

PASTA LOVERS TRY IT!!

Try this amazingly delicious pasta recipe

What you need:

Penne Pasta 1 Box

Olive oil

Mushroom 1 pack

Sausage or protein of your choice chopped to your liking

Frozen mixed veggie 1 bag

Sun dry tomatoes 1 bag

Onion half a onion

Garlic 5 cloves peeled and chopped

1 Bell pepper

Thyme 2 stems

Green onions chopped

1 Maggie cube

1/3 a jar of Bruschetta or Tomato sauce

Ranch 1 big spoon full

black pepper to your liking

garlic and onion powder to you liking

Cheese of your liking

Steps to follow:

*Set your Penne Pasta to boil till chewable, nice and bouncy

* separate pot add olive oil, once hot add your cut up onions, garlic, peppers, green onions and thyme

* note after adding steps allow to cook in between adds 5-7 minutes

*now add the protein and allow that to cook. 7-10 minutes on medium heat

*add your mushroom, sun dry tomatoes and mix veggie now and allow that to cook for 5-7 minutes

* mix everything and allow to cook for another 5-7 minutes.

*Once past is ready drained it and add it to the pot full of everything. Mix

* add your dry seasoning, the Maggie cube , garlic and onion powder, black pepper

* now add your sauces, the ranch and the tomato sauce and/or bruschetta. Mix thoroughly. Allow to cook all together. 5-7 minutes. Top off with cheese of your choice.

💕Your can pair this with garlic bread and salad of your choice and a nice glass of light fruity wine 🍞+🍷🥂.
