Tous Les Jours
On my latest adventure, I visited Tous Les Jours TOUS les JOURS in Lyndhurst for breakfast and I was BLOWN AWAY at how cute the restaurant is and by how spectacular the food was!! I’ve never been to a bakery like this before. It’s all self serve. You grab your own tray and tongs and can grab anything you want! Everything was SO cute I didn’t want to eat it and ruin it lol! I got the blueberry cream cheese bread, mixed berry danish and a lemonade (best lemonade I’ve ever had!). The food and the atmosphere were amazing. 10/10 I cannot wait to go back!!

Stepping up to the TOUS les JOURS bakery in Lyndhurst, I was immediately drawn in by its charming storefront. It wasn't just a building; it felt like a little slice of Parisian elegance transported right here. The large, inviting windows offered a peek at the beautifully arranged pastries inside, almost beckoning you in. I remember thinking, 'This isn't just a bakery; it's an experience waiting to happen!' The exterior has this clean, modern yet cozy feel, with subtle signage that perfectly blends into the neighborhood, making it a delightful discovery. You can't miss the iconic TOUS les JOURS branding as you approach – it’s a beacon for anyone craving something sweet or a comforting cup of coffee. The entrance itself felt so welcoming, with its neat, well-maintained appearance, hinting at the quality and care found within. It truly sets the tone for the delightful treats you're about to encounter inside, making the discovery of their adorable setup even more exciting. Once inside, the magic continues, but let's talk about something I'm eager to explore more on my next visit: their coffee! While my heart was set on that incredible lemonade this time around – seriously, it was the best I’ve ever had – I couldn't help but notice the bustling coffee station and the aromatic scent of freshly brewed coffee wafting through the air. It was a symphony of sweet pastries and rich coffee notes. Many patrons were happily sipping on what looked like perfectly crafted lattes and cappuccinos alongside their selections. It’s clear that TOUS les JOURS isn't just about the baked goods; it's a full-fledged café experience that complements their exquisite pastries. I saw baristas expertly preparing a wide array of drinks, from classic Americanos and robust espressos to refreshing iced coffees and even some enticing seasonal lattes. The coffee menu seemed extensive, catering to every preference, whether you prefer a strong black coffee or a creamy, sweet indulgence. For anyone looking for that perfect morning pick-me-up or an afternoon treat, pairing one of their exquisite pastries with a gourmet coffee seems like the ultimate indulgence. I'm already planning to try their iced vanilla latte with one of their famous croissants next time! The combination of their sweet or savory baked goods with a robust, high-quality coffee is definitely something to look forward to. It adds another layer to the whole self-serve adventure, allowing you to curate your perfect breakfast or snack experience. It’s the kind of place where you can grab a quick coffee on the go, conveniently tucked into one of their charming paper cups, or settle in for a leisurely morning. Imagine enjoying a warm, perfectly frothed cappuccino while savoring a flaky croissant, surrounded by the cheerful ambiance. The attention to detail, from the aesthetically pleasing storefront that invites you in, to the carefully prepared beverages that complete your meal, truly makes TOUS les JOURS a standout spot for both its visual appeal and its delicious offerings. The coffee alone is a reason to return, promising a delightful pairing for any of their sweet creations – perhaps even a strong black coffee to cut through the richness of a cream cheese bread or a berry danish. It’s the full package: charming looks, amazing food, and a fantastic coffee experience waiting to be explored.
