Pouding de chia façon pâte à biscuits

2 portions |

Ingrédients

¼ tasse (42 g) de graines de chia

½ tasse (120 g) de yogourt grec nature

1 tasse (240 ml) de lait au choix

2 à 3 dattes Medjool, dénoyautées (ajuster au goût)

Un filet d’extrait de vanille

Une pincée de sel de mer

2 c. à soupe (13 g) de graines de lin moulues

1 scoop (environ 35 g) de protéine à la vanille (optionnel)

3 c. à soupe (35 g) de pépites de chocolat

Préparation

Mettre tous les ingrédients dans un mélangeur haute vitesse. Mélanger jusqu’à consistance lisse et crémeuse.

Verser dans un contenant hermétique ou des pots individuels.

Réfrigérer au moins 4 heures (ou toute la nuit) jusqu’à ce que la texture épaississe.

Au moment de servir

Garnir de yogourt grec, de cacao râpé, de graines de chanvre, de fruits frais, de noix ou de pépites de chocolat supplémentaires.
