✅ 8/10 ~ I am obsessed with these lip liners!!! They do not plump my lips as advertised (they are still very spicy 🌶️, but I get no plumping effect), but they are very long lasting and pigmented. I really love this formula! But I did not finish this! (Please note photo number 1) I did not drop my product or misuse it or anything - all the liner came out and I tried to get it back in and all the product got smushed and became completely unusable! I’ve never had another lip liner do this before. I was nowhere near done with it either. So disappointed.
