✅ 8/10 ~ This is The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner. I've bought this several times and I use it on my dark underarms and back of my neck. I also will use it to exfoliate my scalp too if I haven't restocked on an exfoliation shampoo. I like this because it's really affordable and doesn't burn my skin (unless I've used it right after I shave so I don't do that). I haven't found anything that I really like to fade my dark spots, so I use this and a combination of other things to help fade them and this is the best exfoliant I've found for this issue. #productempties #empties #november #productreview #skincare
