Ingredients:
Frozen salmon, jasmine rice, avocado, cucumber, soy sauce, honey, tomatoes, bell peppers, and garlic.
- Quick prep:
Bake salmon on sheet pan with any veggies u want with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion. 350, 20 mins approx. Make the rice anyway you want and cut up the fresh avocado and cucumber. I put some chili sauce, soy sauce, as sesame seeds on top of rice.
