Losing 88 pounds was a milestone that felt overwhelming but also motivated me to continue on this path of wellness. Weight loss is crucial in managing fatty liver disease as excess fat accumulation in the liver can be reversed with sustained efforts. Healthy eating goes beyond just avoiding fats; it’s about nourishing your body with the right balance of nutrients. Incorporating plant-based meals, avoiding processed sugars, and drinking plenty of water are essential steps.
