So many people have been messaging me asking what I put in my protein balls that I bring to lessons to keep me going all evening 🥜✨ so I figured I’d just drop it here for you guys!!
These are super simple and honestly so good 🤍
Peanut Butter Protein Balls
• 1 cup oats
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/3 cup honey
• 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• pinch of salt
Optional
• 1 scoop protein powder
• 1–2 tbsp flaxseed
• splash of milk if needed
Mix everything together, roll into balls, and throw them in the fridge for a bit 🙌🏼
That’s literally it… nothing fancy but they keep me going through long nights at the facility 💪🏼🥎
