The sweet and savory bourbon glaze caramelizes beautifully on the salmon, giving it that restaurant-quality finish, and it pairs so well with the simple sides. You know how sometimes you want something healthy but also satisfying? This is it! Salmon is packed with those amazing omega-3s, broccoli brings all the greens and vitamins, and the rice makes it a complete, comforting meal. Plus, it’s a brilliant option if you're keeping things pescatarian. Want to whip this up tonight? Here’s how I do it: What You'll Need: 2 salmon fillets (about 6-8 oz each), skin on or off, your preference 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste For the Bourbon Glaze: 1/4 cup bourbon (don't worry, most of the alcohol cooks off!) 2 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium is great) 1 tablespoon maple syrup or brown sugar 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (optional, but highly recommended!) 1 cup white rice 2 cups broccoli florets Water for cooking rice and steaming broccoli Let's Get Cooking!
