・ 200 ml fresh cream (40%)

・ Black chocolate 100g

Condensed milk tablespoon 2 (40g)

How to make

① Chop the chocolate. About 10g, set aside for topping.

② Put the remaining 90g of chopped chocolate and 80ml of fresh cream in a heat-resistant bowl, heat it in a 600w microwave oven for 1 minute and mix to melt the chocolate. * You don't need to wrap it. Even if there is a melted residue, it will melt if you mix it.

③ Put the remaining 120ml of fresh cream and 2 tablespoons of condensed milk in a separate bowl and whisk until peaks form.
