・ 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
・ 1 teaspoon potato starch
・ 1 / 2 teaspoon sesame oil
・ Appropriate amount of lettuce
・ 100g of sliced pork
A. Soy sauce tablespoon 1
A. Sugar 2 tsp
A. 1 / 2 tsp sesame oil
A. Garlic tube 2cm
A. Ginger tube 2cm
A. Gochujang to your liking
How to make
① Put pork and A in a bowl, knead and leave for 15 minutes.
② [Rice Buns] Put rice, potato starch, soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl and mix.
③ Divide into 4 equal parts, roll them and flatten them like buns. Press firmly so that they do not fall apart.
