Throw your gym resolution in the trash.
My annual fee just hit and I haven’t been in months.
I was gonna switch from LA Fitness to plant fitness … then realized I actually liked Planet Fitness better 😭
The only downside? LA started giving high-school, cliquey, mean-girl energy.
I wanted like-minded gym friends, but learned real quick it’s better to just be quiet, clock in, and clock out.
What does work for me though?
👉 Challenges.
If it’s a 4-week class, Pilates, Pole dance or something structured, I’ll finish it.
Left on my own? I’m inconsistent. lol 😅 it’s the ADHD. Plus if I’m out of my element I have social anxiety.
So now I’m in this in-between phase…
Not ready to cancel yet, but definitely trying to find my rhythm before I do.
Please tell me I’m not the only one feeling this way 😅
