I officially completed week 1 of 75 hard. Today was a celebration day as I received a new job offer for one of my dream jobs. I took today to celebrate. The reason I chose to do a caloric deficit for my diet was because it’s the most sustainable. I can eat what I love while still losing weight.

10K Steps for 30 Days Challenge COMPLETED!!!

I took a two day break because I was exhausted between work and college. Just needed to focus on those two, but I’m back on track. Looks like I’m gaining more muscle. I have been seeing done results. I won’t give up. I’ve added jump rope to my routine. Jump rope is day 4 and 5 . Got use to counting
