Got some reading done, stayed on track with my diet, caught up with my workouts, and got my steps in! Part of the day was in the car so step goal not met but that’s ok.

Side Note: it says day 61 but that’s because I never changed my challenge on the app I use. I started the challenge May 27 and will be ending October 4 as I decided at the beginning of summer break. There were 131 days between summer break and vacation. I am doing the 90 day. The first several weeks were summer break and then we started school July 16. I was workout out m-f during break but fell off the week before school started and the first week of school because of how busy we were prepping and getting used to a brand new routine. My daughter started a new school this year. She is also autistic and needs me most of the time to help with little things plus when she is frustrated or just needs help regulating. She’s a good kid and doing great with the new routine (a bit better than me that’s for sure!).

I officially completed week 1 of 75 hard. Today was a celebration day as I received a new job offer for one of my dream jobs. I took today to celebrate. The reason I chose to do a caloric deficit for my diet was because it’s the most sustainable. I can eat what I love while still losing weight.
