• Yakiniku sauce... tablespoon 3

• Vinegar... tablespoon 1

• Miso (medium-spicy light-colored miso): 1 tablespoon spoon

• Honey... a little to your liking

How to make

1. Remove the atsuage from the pack of 4 pieces and cut each into 4 equal parts.

2. Roll the cut atsuage with thinly sliced beef and stick four pieces on wooden chopsticks or a long skewer.

3. Put chopped onion in a frying pan and fry until soft.

4. When the onions are soft, add the yakiniku sauce, vinegar, miso (medium-spicy light-colored miso) and honey and boil down.

5. Put the skewered meat in the boiled sauce and bake it so that the sauce is entwined.

6.While grilling the skewers, entangle the sauce and it is ready when it is browned moderately.
