ピエールエルメのサブレ詰め合わせはパリの名高いパティシエの逸品だけあって、見た目の可愛らしさと味のハーモニーが素晴らしいです。缶にはマカロンのイラストやピエール・エルメ氏のチャーミングなキャラクターが描かれており、開ける前からわくわくします。サブレはサブレアステク、ビスキュイマチルダ、サブレパルメザンなど種類も豊富で、どれも素材の質感を活かした洗練された味わいでした。 一方でマ・メールアンジュさんの天使のおまもりクッキーは、フランス語で「私の母、天使」と いう意味の名前どおり、優しくて心温まるお菓子です。天使の羽をモチーフにした焼き菓子の食感は今までにないなめらかさが特徴で、口に入れるとすっと溶けて思わず笑顔に。お店の細やかなこだわりや温かさも感じられ、ギフトにもぴったりです。 試食の際は、どのサブレから食べるか迷うのも楽しみのひとつ。ゴロッとした大きめサブレもあって、食べ応えがあります。私自身はビスキュイマチルダのサクサクと香ばしい味わいが特にお気に入りです。ピエールエルメの赤いサブレ缶はお部屋のインテリアにもなりそうな可愛さで、食べ終わった後も小物入れとして活用しています。 また、マ・メールアンジュの天使のおまもりは個包装なのでシェアもしやすく、ちょっとしたプレゼントにも最高です。今回の頂き物で冬のちょっと贅沢なおやつタイムを堪能できました。皆さんもぜひ一度試してみてはいかがでしょうか。
