2 eggs
・ Silken tofu 150g
・ 1 teaspoon potato starch
・ 1 / 2 teaspoon green laver
・ 1 teaspoon white soup stock
or
・ 1-2 tsp dashi powder
★ Please adjust the amount with the soup stock you usually use!
I used "Karada ga Yorokobu Mama Baby" and added 2 teaspoons!
★ Since tofu is also included, it may be good to add a little more soup stock than usual 🙆♀️

1. Put all the ingredients in a microwaveable bag and mix
2. Put the bag in a heat-resistant container and heat it in a 600W range for 4 minutes
3. Leave it for a while with residual heat
4. Frozen storage possible ★

・ Do not tie the mouth of the bag when you microwave it, put it together lightly! It swells quite a bit when heated 😳✨
