Completed in 15 minutes! Weekend home salmon vegetable bowl is the best😋
On the weekend, I overslept and felt really good. When I opened the refrigerator, the salmon fillet I bought last time was left, so I decided to make an easy and delicious salmon vegetable bowl.
How to make is here
1. Prepare broccoli, carrots, kimchi and salmon
2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and season with 1 teaspoon salt and a little black pepper
3. Divide the broccoli into small bunches, dice the carrots and set aside
4. Put oil in a frying pan and put salmon from a cold state, bake for about 1 minute on each side and bake until golden brown, then transfer to a plate. Do not wash the frying pan, add carrots and broccoli, stir-fry with salt and black pepper, add a little water, steam for 1 minute and take out
5. In a container, squeeze 3 to 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, a little black pepper, a little wasabi, and half a lemon juice and mix to make the sauce.
6. Put stir-fried vegetables, kimchi, and sauce in a bowl of mixed grain rice and mix well
7. Put the mixed rice in a bowl, put the grilled salmon on it, and sprinkle the shredded seaweed to complete!
This recipe was taught to me by a friend from overseas, but I was also recommended by a tool called Visual GPT. You can translate photos with images as they are and the layout does not collapse, so it is convenient to be able to easily buy and read overseas cookbooks.
Here is the golden ratio of a simple diet dish just to remember:
Diet set meal = protein + staple food + vegetables + high quality fat (small amount)
To explain it clearly
1 / 4 of the whole dish is protein
1 / 4 is staple food
Half a vegetable.
Just a little good fat is OK
