✨🍝Spaghetti with a cold🍝✨
My husband's cough did not stop, I also had a 🤒 and spent a day at home... crying
I saw an article by culinary researcher Ryuji that Capricciosa's "Tomato and Garlic Pasta" 🍽️ Christmas dinner, and I was inspired 💦 make it while I was 🤒!!
I haven't reproduced Ryuji's recipe as it is 😉💦
We arrange things such as putting eggplant 🍆, bacon 🥓 to ham (because it was made with what is in the refrigerator) 💦
Italian parsley 🌿 happened to be in the vegetable room, so I put it on ✨
By the way, I ate at 15: 00... 🤣
(Ingredients for 1 person)
1.4mm pasta 100g (substitute 1.6mm pasta at home)
1 large garlic (about 10g)
1 / 4 onion
Bacon 35g (1 pack) (Substitute ham at home)
olive oil tablespoon 1, 2 tsp
1 / 2 can of whole tomatoes (200g)
Salt 1 / 3 tsp
Doubanjiang 2 / 3 tsp
6 servings of Ajinomoto (at home, use consommé granules instead)
350cc of water (please adjust this amount according to the amount of pasta)
(How to make)
Cut the garlic in half, chop the onion, and chop the bacon.
② Grate the halved garlic in a frying pan. Add olive oil and onion and fry over medium heat. (I also added eggplant 🍆)
③ After lightly frying the onions, add bacon (ham substitute) and fry.
④ Add canned tomatoes and fry well over medium heat as if crushing tomatoes. Fry for about 5 minutes to remove water.
⑤ When the water evaporates and the sauce becomes sticky, add 350cc of water, salt, doubanjiang, and Ajinomoto (substitute granulated consomme).
When it boils, add the pasta and cook over medium high heat while mixing.
⑥ Cook for hours as per package.
If you are running out of water, add a small amount of water at the timing of the remaining 1 minute and adjust to simmer for 5 minutes.
(Try the spaghetti and take it easy)
⑦ Grate the other half of garlic in a frying pan. Add olive oil.
Check the taste and add salt if not enough.
⑧ Mix the whole lightly to complete.
I didn't have Ajinomoto at home, so I put consommé granules, a little mirin and millet sugar, and tomato ketchup to make the sauce.
Wishing that my cold will be cured quickly lol
I put a lot of garlic and onions!!
When I tried it, I thought doubanjiang was the deciding factor 😋✨
If you are interested, please make it 🎄✨✨
