🍛Beef tendon curry I made for the first time🍛😋✨
Last night, I boiled beef tendon twice, washed it, boiled it, made beef tendon curry, and ate it this morning 😋💕
@みゆきHe taught me how to handle beef tendon and advised me to simmer it for about 2 hours 😊✨
Next time, I would like to simmer a little more, but I think it was done well for the first time!!
@みゆきThank you very much 😘✨
☆ This time, the number of times of boiling and washing is small because of the pretreated beef tendon.
Normally, it seems to boil and wash more, so please be careful.
[Ingredients] (for 4-5 dishes)
・ Beef tendon (I saw skewered beef tendon at Sandy, so I bought it and made it): 1 ~ 2 packs (about 300g ~ 600g)
・ Onion: 2 large
Potatoes: 2 large
Carrot: 1 carrot
Curry roux: almost 1 box
・ Water: As indicated on the package
・ Salad oil: Appropriate amount (I use rice oil)
I added a lot of chopped ginger and garlic.
[How to make]
1. Preparation: Remove the beef tendon from the skewer and cut it into pieces that are easy to eat. The beef tendon this time has been boiled, but once it is quickly passed through boiling water or washed, the odor will be removed further.
2. Stir-fry: Put oil in a pan, stir-fry sliced onions until light brown, add beef tendon and stir-fry.
3. Stew: Add water and simmer over low heat for 30 to 40 minutes until the beef tendon becomes soft while removing the lye when boiling.
4. Finish: Turn off the heat, melt the roux, and simmer again over low heat until thickened.
I want to make it better next time ✨
