♡ ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup pancake mix
1½ cups milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
♡ steps
on low heat, add ¼ cup of batter onto a buttered pan
quickly swirl the pan in circular motions to spread into a thin layer
cook 2–3 minutes per side, until lightly golden
♡ filling
whipped cream cheese + fruit of choice
♡ toppings
powdered sugar
drizzle of sweetened condensed milk
drizzle of caramel
fresh fruit slices
makes 7–8 crêpes
