I usually start by dimming the lights around 10:30 PM, creating a cozy atmosphere that signals my body it's time to relax. The 'get unready with me' ritual is not just about physical cleansing but also mental relaxation. I use calming scents like lavender or chamomile to help soothe my mind. Around 10:55 PM, I like to spend a few minutes doing gentle stretches or breathing exercises, which help reduce any tension accumulated during the day. This mindful practice leaves me feeling deeply clean and peaceful. Implementing consistent sleep schedules is also crucial. I aim to be in bed by 11 PM, as regular sleep times contribute to better sleep quality and overall health.
