What’s your vascular fat number?

Got mine to 8

2025/4/2 Edited to

... Read moreVisceral fat is the fat that surrounds your internal organs and is a critical factor influencing various health conditions. High levels of this fat can lead to issues such as diabetes, heart disease, and some cancers. To measure your visceral fat, you can use body fat scales or more advanced medical equipment. Knowing your vascular fat number helps you gauge your risk for these health concerns. Several factors contribute to the accumulation of visceral fat, including poor diet, lack of physical activity, high stress levels, and inadequate sleep. To reduce visceral fat, focus on a balanced diet rich in whole foods, fiber, and probiotics while reducing processed foods and sugars. Incorporate regular exercise into your routine, targeting both cardiovascular and strength training to promote overall fat loss. Remember that lifestyle changes take time; consistency is key to lowering your vascular fat number and improving your health outcomes.
